I have been asking them to change my ID number on the certificate, when I go physically to their office they are not willing to help. At some point they even advised that I do another course before they can update my ID number. I am unable to apply using the certificate with the wrong ID number. I have communicated with Petro via email.

I paid a fee to have my daughter's FF1 and FF2 certificates printed, even paid the requested courier in October 2020. The institution made noise about my daughter's Leve 3 First Aid, they wanted to know who administered it and all. They got in touch with the said institution. To date, we have tried to follow up but nothing. We have tried calling, phones are not working. We have tried emails, we just get acknowledgement that their TAT is 72 hours. I don't know how many 72 hours should we wait for. Can someone tell me what the way forward is here, because no1 is saying anything.

Hi guys, even after 10 years after my dad passing away, I am still heartbroken, and traumatized after witnessing the coldness n lack of empathy given by an ambulance nurse name Gary, Gary worked for the 911 ambulance service for the umhlanga hospital, he was a tall, brutish Caucasian guy.... My dad was lying on the couch dying... And he was roughly seeing to him... Gary screamed and asked my dad "is he deaf".... That's the last tym I saw my dad alive... I'm researching, and new science info says that even tho the heart stops... The dying person is aware of everything.... Just so sad... I wish I could just confront Gary years later...

Hello Peter I done a firefighter learners hip in 2010 within the Ethekwini Municipality the service provider that was supposed to issue our certificates (firefighter1+2,hazmat awareness + operations) "saesi" has been giving me uphill in obtaining them. I have my certificate of results, basic ambulance assistance certificate etc. Which they ask for I've emailed them with no reply. Their customer service is so bad that I have various emails that I have sent to them regarding my certificates and I have even told them in my emails I sent "These are the certificates that I have on hand with statement of results, what else does your office require for me to obtain my certificates" and no response to date!

I am a member of saesi where by a monthly subscription gets paid into their account and yet I get such pathetic service in return.

Please help.
