I'm currently at Mabopane square ACKERMANS I've been standing for over 45 minutes, lay buy collection. I paid the remaining balance, me and all lay buy customers we are waiting with no assistance from the stuff.
I'm disgusted and disappointed, I bought 1kg Jungle oats and 2.5kg maize and both had bugs. The oats smells terrible and highly infested of those bugs. I'm no longer buying at Winterveld USave
Pick n Pay refuses to resolve my issue, I've sent numerous emails after their response on this platform but nothing still.
I wrote an email on the 13th of January requesting my refund, till today I'm waiting with no communication from them. Your customer service is non existent period.
I have been asking them to change my ID number on the certificate, when I go physically to their office they are not willing to help. At some point they even advised that I do another course before they can update my ID number. I am unable to apply using the certificate with the wrong ID number. I have communicated with Petro via email.
I am 26 weeks pregnant and I was supposed to have come on the 31st of January for my check up but due to unforseen circumstances I only managed to be here today the 7th of February, some of the staff is threatening to send me back home, the other one says she'll keep my file and decide when she will register it and I be serviced. I'm told to go sit outside and wait, wait for exactly I don't know. I'm being punished like a little girl for coming a week later. I wonder why your nurses and sisters think they can just shout and address us as though we are not human beings. And it's a shame how they will all be on your case and shout.
I would like to know why TrackerConnect's payroll department isn't responding to my emails. I requested ui19 form, salary schedule and employment certificate and still no response from them. I stopped working with them last December but Labour department doesn't have that information please intervene.
I logged a complaint and still haven't heard from anyone at clicks so their stuff treat us bad, we complain and management ignores our queries
Being a new mother and all excited I went bought a humidifier for baby's room,I used it one night and I wasn't happy with it I took out the water and put back in the box and today when I tried returning it Clicks Mabopane refused to take it back and refund me
I do not understand the **** service we are being provided by state hospitals, I have been here from the 15/06/2021 admitted because of elective caesar. Gynae advised that the baby is too big for natural birth,I'm above 35 years and also gestational hypertension. The routine is the same rude nurses and sisters taking turns on checking high blood pressure, asking you if the baby is playing and just lazing around. In my file in the 15/06/2021 gynae wrote to be prioritized and gave reasons then how come I'm still waiting? This is my 1st baby, is he still well is his well being not compromised I'm over 40weeks and he is described as big. Who do we blame? People that are conducting the operations in theatre. We came here healthy we gonna end up Covid-19 positive because of hanging around here for nothing.
