Never again.
I ordered a 200g char-grilled steak (For my husband) from Spur Silver Cove (Metlife, Port Elizabeth) via Uber Eats and received a steak that was clearly closer to 125g. (While mine was close to 200g) The portion was way too small and the steak was extremely thin, which makes it very obvious that it was not the correct size. I asked for medium rare, but it arrived crispy on the edges and well done throughout, completely overcooked. To make things worse, Uber refused to refund me, despite the order being incorrect. I’ve spent thousands of rands on Uber Eats in a short period of time, so this response was extremely disappointing. Overall, a very poor experience, both with the restaurant and Uber. I’ll be taking my business to Mr D from now on, and I don't be ordering from Spur again.

Disgusting service from Spur Alberton
Visited there today for breakfast and I have never received such poor service.I ordered breakfast with a pork sausage top up,the waiter did not bring me the pork sausage and the breakfast was cold,before this I asked for coffee with cold milk he brought me hot milk so clearly he we did not take the order correctly ,no apology from the waiter,sent the cold breakfast back,no explanation why the pork sausage was not with my order,eventhough it was ordered together,disgusting service definitely won't be supporting this restaurant or Spur again!

We had a gentleman by the name of Brett helping us
We had a gentleman by the name of Brett helping us. His attention to detail and stiving to keep his customers happy-out of this world. We thought it was his business but he was only the waiter. We couldnt believe someone will put so much effort, attention, care in to another persons business. BRETT IS AN AMAZING PERSON AND Q WONDERFUL REPRESENTATION FOR SPUR AND THE OWNERS. We had an amazing time thanks to his efforts and and attention to details and keeping us happy. We never experience this kind of treatment at any other Spur... Thank you Brett.

I have an issue with Port Elizabeth Spur branches and our Xhosa language. Apparently Patrons ain't allowed to address us Clients in isiXhosa, I find this very disturbing and discriminating.
