I received a call from Marelize and she was so friendly and helpful.
I have been calling and calling and calling MTN N1 City Mall. The times they do answer and say they will get back to you they don't. There's literally no answer and when you enter the store its full of consultants on their phones. At this point I am considering changing my network, I called 1 cell c store and they immediately answered.
I am still waiting for assistance for my account to be updated that I paid 15 Dec 2024. I've sent POP as requested. I'm still not receiving any assistance and my account is not updated.
I have been trying to get through to Wonga regarding my loan account since 15 Dec. I paid my account but it was never updated as paid on my profile. I've been calling and sending emails with no help or assistance received.
I have an old mutual money account and it falls under Bidvest Bank. I reported *****ulent transactions, small amounts were deducted from my bank account without my consent. I transferred the balance I had in the account to another bank account and went on with my life. Now I received a payment in my account and would like to use the money but my account is suspended. No one informed me of this suspension or anything. I work till 17:00 and the branches close at 17:00. I would like to know why my account can't be unsuspended with a request but it was suspended without one???
I have a family member in the hospital with her baby, she's in an endless spiral of trauma as the ward is dirty, the room has no ventilation and is filled with ****roaches too. The doctors never came and explained the treatment the baby is on in fact 2 doctors had a dispute in front of her. The nurses who have been nothing but rude, don't wear their name tags. It's very wrong that parents with sick children have to sit in unhygienic, unprofessional and unfriendly environments.
I've been calling Game N1 City twice they put me on hold and then drop the phone. I want to buy my son a game pass and would like to enquire but no help. This is the exact same level of service I received in store years ago.
After sending 2 cancellation requests and receiving no help or assistance. I now receive confirmation the membership was cancelled after deducting fees. How inconsiderate is this, I have sent a cancellation request 12 Oct already and forwarded the same email few days later. I have not claimed or used anything from this policy.
I've been using Bolt actively since Sep 2021 after my car accident. 25 July I tried booking a trip home multiple times, the app showed me waiting for drivers and then it would appear as canceled. I made plan for another means of transport after I couldn't book a driver on the app and it was not showing me a driver on the way or anything, after arriving home the trip that I never took was deducted from my account??? I've emailed and asked about it to various service consultants and they are saying things like please make sure your phone was not in someone else possession and that the trip happened. I would like my refund as I feel this is not fair.
