7 months and still no delivery. Total of 65 stories during the 7 months. All lies!!! Now they ghosted me. R28,000 paid for same week dedicated truck promised !!!!???? And they now have ****** my stuff. R230,000 loss to me. And don’t even attempt to use their “included insurance” since any claim results in you being ghosted on wats app, telephone call and emails.

A team of ******. They lie, they cheat and they held me to ransom. I’ve been waiting 4 months to the day and at a rough estimate I’ve had 150 excuses, lies and brush offs. They may also trade under different company names but all relate back to the *****ed owner.

Do not use this company for your furniture removal or you will be extremely disappointed and extremely inconvenienced due to thier incompetence. I had to relocate to the western cape from Johannesburg and received a quote from this company for the furniture removal and storage in their western cape depot for a month while I looked for a accommodation. On the day of removal( July 31st), drivers were supposed to arrive at 11am - they only showed up at 5pm, didn't have the wrapping material i was quoted and paid for. (The guy on the phone told me they will wrap my things at the warehouse before my belongings make their way to the WC - fine ) they put my things in a trailer with no covering nothing. The next day (Aug 1st) im asked to pay the balance of the quote as my belongings are in the truck and its gonna start driving down to the WC depot (they even sent me a video of a truck to show my things are moving) i paid the balance and was under the impression my things were making their way to the depot. A month later I find a place to stay and contact them to provide a quote for delivery at my new place, they provide a quote for local deliveries as thier depot is 50km from my place, I pay the quote and tell them the day they need to arrive. On the day of the move (Aug 30th Saturday) I asked how far the drivers are im told about an hour away , an hour passes and nothing - 4pm, 5pm still no delivery and my calls and messages get ignored. I had to book an air bnb for the night since all my belongings were with them. The next day i get a message from them saying the have backlog of deliveries and that the offices are closed on Sunday. I had to go and buy an air mattress to sleep due to this. Monday comes and im getting more excuses and eventually after calling non stop the truth comes out that my things are still in Johannesburg, they never made their way to WC and that they are pushing to make the delivery ASAP (more lies cause it took them 2 weeks to bring my stuff done here and even before that it was always lies and excuses) they don't have their own trucks, they outsource trucks for the deliveries. When my belongings finally got here the drivers told me how they only picked my things up in some dingy informal settlement in Brixton, 9th Sept, inside a container. My belongings didnt come wrapped, boxes with fragile things came out squashed, tv stand is damaged, couch and mattress are dirty and currently my TV is missing. On top of that because they outsource trucks, they hadn't paid the transporter so inorder for them to offload my belongings i had to pay the transporter. Lol don't use this company for anything, you will regret it. I don't even think they have any depots just a bunch of ****mers.

This was the worst experience of my life, and we've moved a lot of times before. First of all, SSTS does not have trucks of their own, instead they outsource the moving to small truck owners (which is in terrible shape). They can't even understand if you speak English to them, they cannot read either. Secondly, I provided SSTS with a detailed list of all my furniture and items to be moved. It was so detailed it even included if the furniture was small, medium or large items. They quoted me a price to move all the items, which I accepted. The outsourced company came with their horrible truck and 2 people loaded the items. They promised they will cover the items in blankets for protection, but not a single blanket was even brought with. The truck was full and they left half of my furniture. SSTS then told me that I have to pay for a second load and I was forced to pay this as I couldn't move the rest of my items. My furniture was so damaged. The truck then reversed into our new neighbor's electric fence and wall, SSTS just gave me the driver's number and said I have to sort it out with the driver. The truck was supposed to pitch up for pickup at 7:30, but they only arrived at 11:30 for the 1st load. The second load arrived at the new house at 00:00 the next morning. They **** you in thinking you'll pay 1 price, but in the meantime they know you'll have to pay for a second load.

Had this company moving me from Durban to East London on Saturday, they handled my furniture with care and they offloaded the next day, thank you to Simon and the team that assisted us,you guys really helped us alot with our urgent move.
