Plumbers visited site 31/03/26 Plumber stating that drain is a manhole. We need to get Municipality to come open Manhole. Municipality visited Site 07/04/26 VERY AFFECIENT THANK YOU. Municipality confirmed it is a normal drain we need to get a plumber to open drain. Till today did not here anything back from Insurance or Plumber that came out. Plumber stated that he does not have the tools to open the drain on the 31/04/26 So please my question is why must I go back and forth? I need the drain open. URGENT STANDARD BANK SORT MY CLAIM WE PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!
