Standard Bank Insurance - Very Bad Service no Answer to Emails or Calls!
Logged a claim on the 12th of March via email. Automated Email received with CASE *** Emailed follow up - 18th March - No Reply. Emailed follow up - 24 March - No Reply Called number *** on the following dates with no answer at all. 13th 16th 18th 20th 23rd 26th 30th Holding on for numerous minutes, the longest 42 Minutes. Standard Bank very Discussed with your Service. I need to log claim and you are not taking my calls. Quick to take Funds for debit Order! I expect someone from Standard Bank to phone me today. Afrihost/Vumatel ??????????????? What is going on
Frustrated! No Fibre internet since last week 08/12/22 Today 13/12/22 Still no Internet! 6 Days later? I was adviced that Vumatel is the cause for no Internet and that the technicians are busy fixing the problem. Really day umber 6 and still not resolved. Bad very Bad Afrihost, customer for 3 years and this is how we are treated. I expect a phone call from Manager or Supervisor. Norman - ***1 reply

VODACOM 4U STORE (THE GLEN) NOT COMING BACK TO CLIENTS
Hi All Can someone from Vodacom please give me a call, i have been struggling to get answer from Thabo, was at store and applied for a fibre package. Promised to phone me back till today no call back. Every time i phone back SYSTEM DIFFICULTIES. What must i do in this situation??? Can someone assit me? Latest news i received that i am currently not a client by Vodacom but Vodacom deducts money off my bank account every month. My account nr is NA007382-6 this was given to the manager of the store. No assistance, no call backs, data bundles not apearing on my cellphone. Tired of calling vodacom

debit order payment received 01/06 and tablet still offline
<p>Payment was received 01/06 and till today the tablet is offline. Phoned glocell they confirmed payment was received but I must send POP to confirm payment. Why do you need POP when the payment shows in your account. Wasted R70 worth of airtime holding on before I was assisted.My tablet tel no ********** 788</p>1 reply
