Engage Starplex Plumbing at your own peril

Staplex is a terrible and unprofessional plumbing company, use them at your peril.

Around 18 September 2025, I experienced a burst geyser which was leaking water into my ceiling. I contacted Staplex and they send one of their plumbers on site, who arrived at about 23:00 accompanied by his girlfriend. After checking the leak, in less than five minutes later he came out of the roof, assuring me he has stopped the water supply. I immediately made payment but a day or two later, the water continued to leak from the roof and more than a month later, I’m struggling to get the company to come fix their mess.
