I made a table reservation on 27 Oct for a group of 12 people (my clients breakfast) for 5 Nov at 09h00 via your website and a note said that someone would contact me within 24 hours to confirm the reservation. Today, 03 Nov (lots of 24 hours in between) I call to confirm my reservation and Edwin/Admin tells me that you are fully booked because a company of 60 people has booked and you cannot help? Why did no one call me as said to confirm this when I made this reservation? Clearly indication of poor service by the restaurant. Imagine I had pitched and got told this - how embarrassing it would have been. Disappointing as this is where my clients usually have their breakfast for their meetings.
