ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. this is by far the most unprofessional company that i ever worked in. Micro management with no respect. ****ty team leaders and supervisors. this is one company that needs to be investigated because working at Stowe Holdings is really a P#@$. Working at STowe Holdings is taking 3 steps back in your Career and 5 steps backwards financially. I know this because i worked at that devils playground. HR department is a **** show, they have no clue about anything and force things thinking that people don't know their rights. They have too many and unnecessary procedures which make life difficult for technicians. they make as if they care about your well-being but all thats important to them is the company vehicle. All it takes is one person to take legal action against Stowe Holdings and expose the **** out of these people so that companies like FNB and SASOL see how Stowe Holdings operates. They pride themselves in growth but that's bull****, No proper training is given and you receive ****ty remote support. Salary is dependent on the color of your skin at Stowe Holdiings. I hope and pray that one day Stowe Holdings will be exposed and alot of people get relief after a can of worms have been opened. No one deserves to study all their life be be treated like **** and earn peanuts.

They provide no training,you only watch videos for a whole week.The management is very unprofessional. Once you standup for yourself then you'll be worked out.No room for growth at this company.There's three different shift,everyday you work a different shift,You get a warning when you dont work overtime.Theres no structure at this company they enforce rules on their stuff members rules thats made impulsively by the teamleader.Late coming at this company is a culture,you'll find staff members being late more than 40 times in a space of 6 months then get no warnings for it.The salary they pay is ridiculous compared to the amount of work u have to do. You get fired for touching someone's shoulder,but you more than welcome to stay if you physically assault someone at work.The teamleader in the FNB group is scared of taking escalations & he buys his team members alcohol to drink while they are working.They lie to you in the interview saying you'll work from home in the interview but once you start working then you have to work at the office.No teamspirit,no energy in the team.The HR department is a joke!The giving you a cup at end of year only....No end of year functions. The place is a living nightmare.

Hi I have a problem with company. their driver collided with my car.okay we went to the police station to open a case then they call their insurance company Discovery.and they then tow my car and said they are taking it to their assessment center. Okay after 2 day I called the company and they told me to send the all the necessary documents.after a week call them again they say everything it's okay. after I call them they don't answer my calls send them massages they don't reply untill. I write to hello Peter then I got hel with this issue. Know I have to go and look for my car by my self from a towing company help assits.i don't know how my car ended there. So I asked them to give me my car they say I have to pay R26000 it's what I owe and the company come and took their car and left mine their. So I am very angry by now because they even said if I don't pay the money they will sell my car coz it's been a month now. How can this company do this me now I have to lose my car and it's a business car iam running a driving school using that car. now no income no nothing my car was going to be sold without my knowledge.
