Post bank call center and they don't do their job. the service is it's very poor and I don't know why sassa grant decided to have business with post bank. because I don't know it's been a 2 weeks since I have logged in the complain about the reversal of the money. But they told me to check on last week wensday.,I did that. they told me it was not yet reversed. and call them every day till this date today. when I call she says they have not yet updated my reversal. so she did it today and I must call them again on Wednesday to check if it has go through. I really don't understand what is it that they are where doing for all this weeks. But then I know it's a sassa grant money for my kids and iam entitled to it, a'm a South African citizen. But I seems like they don't care. because they where supposed to have reversed the money within 24hours but now it's been 2weeks. this is too much I need this money . My ID number 7907250843082. Vodacom has been over billing me for years now I need a refund. I don't know why vodacom are it doing this to me. I tried to them many times but they can't even explain it to me why iam suppose to pay such a lot of money. they tell me a bout airtime advance. even if I have paid but every month I I will be charged for that . even if I didn't take an advance airtime. Hi I had a have a problem with city power. I reside at Lehae phase 1 Meadow street. When I get home today at 8 :05 pm today. I just found found that my TV light have burned due to my opposite Nabough has collided the city power eletricity pole. I was told by my other Naboughs. So they told me that the have reported the matter to city power since at 6 pm. But till now they haven't come and I trieded to call them. they said they will come later at 12 am. It means tomorrow and the problem is that the cable's are on the ground and iam scared that the children can be electruted due to electrical cable that are on the the ground. If may be the can go and play on that side. So city power will be responsible for and damage or death due to this. So please can city power respond. Before any thing bad can happened.

Hi I have a problem with company. their driver collided with my car.okay we went to the police station to open a case then they call their insurance company Discovery.and they then tow my car and said they are taking it to their assessment center. Okay after 2 day I called the company and they told me to send the all the necessary documents.after a week call them again they say everything it's okay. after I call them they don't answer my calls send them massages they don't reply untill. I write to hello Peter then I got hel with this issue. Know I have to go and look for my car by my self from a towing company help assits.i don't know how my car ended there. Hi my husband was involved in a car eccident.the car that collided with my husband car it was an company car the Stowee technical support.so the company had to call their insurance company Discovery business insurance.they took his car to be fist the case was opened and everything has been done. But now the problem is when he call discovery for a way forward coz it been a month now. they take him from pealer to post. So now he is frustrated coz it's a business car now he has no income and yet they are dragging their feet.
