I requested a Router I gave my correct address on multiple occasions,even my billing address is correct but when I check my order delivery address I saw it was an address of a place I've never been to,I really need a router asap and I'm not sure if I'll get it by Friday latest
I Dealt with a gentleman who claims to representing my ex gf in a legal matter,he was very unprofessional,did introduce himself in at all just started saying I have to work via him if I want to see my children when I asked for his name and firm name he totally ignored my question.According to my knowledge a legal practioner should state his name,firm name and are of expertise he did none,but expected me to listen to him his cell no is 064967 2608 and the profile status said my legal partners.The only reason I could think why he wouldn't divulge such crucial info is coz he's not really representing the person and knows he might get into trouble if he's found to be dishonest he even spelled the person who he's supposed to be representing name wrong,it's a big shame and total embarrassment I blocked him on what's app and didn't even bother to give me a call such a total disgrace!!!!
At the Kasselsvlei Cash Converters you are treated like a nobody when you go to the buy shop there a lady by name of Genevive who's very professional,don't know anything about good customer service and is always rude when you go the buyshop.I had a sound system on buyback it expired yesterday I got a sms notification thereof also that I should come and attend to it,so I went there after 2pm today first I went to Tyrel because he's the more senior person he was very nonchalant and referred me to Genevive who always gives me a hard time when I go there this time it was no different at first she said I can get my item if I have a valid reason as I was about to give her the reason she said no I can't get or extend my item went on her phone played a videoclip and called Tyrel to look at it once again I felt like a nobody standing there looking at then enjoying the videoclip.....Terrible Customer Service indeed

My Facebook account was hacked on the 20th of December 2022, I reported it and the requested a copy of my ID document which I sent to them but I still don't have access to my Facebook account.My Facebook name is Brandon bsting Davids,the guy who hacked my account changed my name to Baruch Nabi Mahanaim and removed my cell number which is 0723451761
I submitted my continuoun of benefits on the 12th of December 2022,it's been saying sent to paymaster ever since. According to my understanding my payout will reflect within 10 days thereafter I didn't get anything yet I was advised by the Department that I would get my second payout in December 2022 didn't get a cent as yet this is very poor service.I'm a tax paying south African but now that I'm unemployed I'm struggling to get my uif money
Terrible customer service.Rain Internet service provider deducted money without my permission from my bank account I contacted capitec who said 7-10 working days I'll get my money.Didnt get a cent someone from capitec phoned me on the 24th of December the connection wasn't good so she promised to call me back later I'm still waiting..my number is 0723451761
I got my girlfriend the rain router during on the 11th of November 2022 for R1 the black Friday promotion. After I paid I tried to remove my banking details and insert hers it then said updating.On the 6th of December 2022 R527 went of my bank account and I've been struggling ever since to get my money bank I contacted my bank who said the money will reflect with 7 to 10 working days but I'm still waiting.My cell number is 0723451761
They provide no training,you only watch videos for a whole week.The management is very unprofessional. Once you standup for yourself then you'll be worked out.No room for growth at this company.There's three different shift,everyday you work a different shift,You get a warning when you dont work overtime.Theres no structure at this company they enforce rules on their stuff members rules thats made impulsively by the teamleader.Late coming at this company is a culture,you'll find staff members being late more than 40 times in a space of 6 months then get no warnings for it.The salary they pay is ridiculous compared to the amount of work u have to do. You get fired for touching someone's shoulder,but you more than welcome to stay if you physically assault someone at work.The teamleader in the FNB group is scared of taking escalations & he buys his team members alcohol to drink while they are working.They lie to you in the interview saying you'll work from home in the interview but once you start working then you have to work at the office.No teamspirit,no energy in the team.The HR department is a joke!The giving you a cup at end of year only....No end of year functions. The place is a living nightmare.
<div>I paid taxtim because i thought after submitting all my documentation they would just forward it to sars but in the end the asked for my efiling logins which i realized recently was unavailable due to someone trying to commit fraud on my name,i tur ed to taxtim think it would be another way of submitting the above this especially after the showed me the tax refund amount i would after i made payment it asked me to logon the account thats blocked which i made an face to face appointment for on the the 13/.09/2022</div>
