This is for John Mlangeni’s attention who like any other top executive is not available to their clients. Your merchant service division is broken and useless, not to mention the ******* stance of withholding funds until you resolve your internal endless issues. You put my business and livelihood at stake by withholding funds that’s mine. A statement from your division is long overdue which should come from yourself. Small businesses face huge cashflow constraints while their funds are sitting in your division and the very same institutions banking division returns and debits & charges interest when FNB as A GROUP sits on my funds. John stop sitting on your throne as CEO of merchant services doing nothing; fix your broken department and stop the ******* practice of withholding clients funds.
Very very poor in communication to just produce a quote, took more than a week to get any answers and hides behind what’s app (Kim) that has pathetic excuses. Best is to use death as a business to simply say sorry we can assist. How such businesses survive is actually amazing; please stay away from this crowd nothing but a waste of time; unprofessional as hell, stay away

I just want to inform all Mercedes Benz owners of my shock and disgust at Mercedes Benz Culemborg. After making numerous bookings to accommodate the fact that no loan vehicle was available merc still managed to stuff it all up. They could repair my car and yah guess what: I was told we between a rock and s hard place: who gives a darn I’m driving a so called Mercedes Benz just fix it. No wait when I insisted on a loan vehicle , yes here it comes I was told; you need to pay 5k deposit with your c/card as deposit. What a damn joke I’m sure and hope the Germans see this, after a bunn fight I got a vehicle. I will never use culemborg again, no customer service at all and no regard for the brand. I am so glad I still deal with BMW as well Merc can surely learn from BMW. Defs not buying Mercedes again due to one bad experience. Not to mention that all I’m saying on here I told the after service consultant and absolutely nothing happened, they replaced drive shafts and bearings, returned my can without alignment being done, yah hag to pay for it myself. So much driving a Mercedes Benz, definitely second to BMW and Audi, just yet another brand South Africa is quickly stuffing up
Before u go visit this sorry excuse for a restaurant please look at an alternative. They advertise eat as much as you want on specific days for dishes but it’s a absolute joke. Having ordered prawns and asking for a top up I was simply told sorry my manager Sayed we not serving anymore prawns. No explanation whatsoever just u don’t get anymore. I therefore want to warn you beware of this sorry excuse for a restaurant and real shoddy service. The manager on duty for 4th July ,19 is an absolute clown and has no clue about a thing called customer service. Damn rip offs yah lol I’m still hungry
all ADT clients be aware of the following practise from ADT security, I am a client paying my monthly account rounding it off (example: paying R500 instead of R470). to my horror when i viewed my statement i noticed that ADT has a reference "DN" referred to as small write off. they in fact write off your excess payment not reflecting a credit anywhere on your statement. this money goes into a suspense account which they just take, simply just take your damn money, i am going to report this to ombudsman ADT are crooks and im cancelling my contract and demanding my money back, no wonder they support the damn Sharks with my money, ****** crooks
<p>so yah, im back after my post, and to no surprise absolutely nothing changed!!!!!! i was called by a ladt called KULSUM who promised that she's resolving my issue as we speak, well i even bet my salary that shes lying, and yes i was right again, as nothing that she promised took place. I returned an upgrade on th 28th of Oct, she promised i wonr be billed, but yah as we all know it was a load of ******** i am sitting with a bill for a fone i returned and contract i asked to be cancelled, I even mailed and Spoke to a Tiego Mholopi, just as hopeless even though she works in the CEO's office. i want to pull out my hair as dealing with a bunch of idiots makes me as stupid as them, i emplore the CEO to contact me and live my expierience, bet you that wont happen. all i want is this **** fixed is that si diffucult!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>but i have a surprise for vodacom,i will stop mt debit order any effect a manual payment thats due to vodacom, bunch of clowns you are.</p> <p>i bet i will get a call as fast as lightning or my line suspended when they see i didnt pay what they want.</p> <p> </p> <p>again a bunch of idiots we have to deal with</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>so yes i gave the instruction to upgrade my number only for the consultant to upgrade the wrong number, she was rude, stupid and agrumentative when asked to retrieve the recorded call that contained my instructions!!!!! and guess what i was told she will review the call with management and get back to me, as no surprise they didnt get back until right now. this date sback to 25th October. the scary thought is that they get away with it giving bogu names when they know you are about to take them to task. this is where i call on any manager in customer services or director to make contact with me, and follow this complaint through, would be nice to see somone act that dont condone these staff to get away, and yes my issue is still not resolved after my handset was collected on 28th October, but who cares I just have to go wothout a handset until someone wakes up, thanks god for hello peter, i can vent here. Vodacom is abo****e rubbish when it comes to customer service, not too mention the holding time with that annoying music playing for up to 30minutes plus.</p>
<p>logged query on 20th June ans still charged for out of bundle data when i ad data on my account, as client im just told its being investigated but hell!!!!!! i was charged and will now be debited on my bank account. who does vodacom think they are!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>i guess this is a way of making sure the CEO get his shares and increases as promised by vodacom,</p> <p>guess i still have a say, and that is to cancel my contract due to shoddy service and illegal billing.</p>
<p>all i want is to upgrade my contract, been paying via debit order monthly in full each and every month only to be told "sir your account is in arrears" and i ask please explain as i was just embarrased in a store. Vodacoms reply: you not actually in arrears we just need to update your account status, we went onto a new system called C3D.</p> <p>it will take 3 to 5 hours to update that your account is clear, no explanation or apology that they are sorry for the embarrasment your suffered in a store. Vodacom is just rubbish not too mention the telephone manner in which these call centres hanlde calls. shocking !!!!!!! no wonder the new ceo get so much more money because its the quality of service agents he employs to handle customer service. </p>
