I had taken out a 12 month gym contract in October 2016 of which no copy of the contract was handed to me as i was told that once the contract term ends my debit will automatically stop. i now find that they are still debiting my account. I have sent through numerous emails to ********** of which is a waste of my time as i have yet to get a response from them and as for there landlines just rings continuously . In a week I had held on the line for more that 15mins hoping that someone would answer the fone . I am really P _ _ _ _D OFF. I had sent an email to Styles in Shalcross on ********** of which is another waste. however i am still waiting for them to rectify this as i had signed a contract at their premises and not at their head office. I will ensure that all the additional debits be credited back into my account as no one from stylez had contact me to even ask if i would want to renew my contract but yet decided on their own will to continue debiting me.
Note : Do not use STYLEZ(ASTRAL GROUP) for anything ... they have no customer s****s nor are they customer orientated. Pathethic Service ....
