Sun coast casino and their unprofessional and no process having ways

I went into the casino and walked around for a while accompanied by my wife,we received to services or even a conversation from the staff.

We decided to sit and try a machine which had a sign indicted we can insert a bill or ticket to add credit to the slot machine to play. I had decided to cash out the small amount of R204, to which the machine directed me to call for an attended,he had informed us that the machine does not take notes or tickets to which was strange since every machine in the casino has the signs indicating they accept.

I'm trying to resolved the matter it took them one hour I had just been sitting there,further more I was made to follow a line to create a day card and then get my money.

It took Suncoast casino and it's multiple staff an hour of my vacction for a mistake that was labeled on the machine,if time means nothing to sun coast casino they simply don't value there customers
