Stolen good by Supra builders
Outsurance make use of service providers that are unreliable like Supra builders. Guys came from Supra builders to fix leakage . The guys stole cellphone from our house , I have previously requested outsurance to get our own people to fix but they insist on bringing the crooks that come and steal from our houses .

Excellent Service
I dealt with 2 teams from Supra, and both were professional and helpful. They were punctual, but if they were going to be late they called to update you. Workmanship was very good, and they left the premises clean and tidy. Hats off to the ladies who answered the phones and organised their operations with a high level of efficiency and knowledge. Well done to the Supra team.

Excellent Service

Awesome service
What an awesome crew they have working for them. They replaced ceilings and painted walls after flood damage and their work was excellent. Friendly and professional service.

Supra builders leak detection rip off
Supra Builders claim to be able to find water leaks. They came to my house and said there was a leak under my driveway. After digging up the driveway no leak to be found. Turns out the leak was some 30 meters away. Even after giving them a 2nd chance to confirm the leak they could not. Despite leaving a number of messages and emails for the owner to call me, nothing. Don't use Supra to find your water leaks they are clearly out to rip you off.

Excellent service
Our geyser burst and after it was replaced Supra builders came to fix the ceiling for us and painted the room. Their job is so excellent. Helen, who is the lady I mostly spoke to has very good customer service. David also who was the one who fixed everything for us has a very good personality and always listened to us as customers and ensured he delivers. His work is on point.

Burst pipe
I summited a claim with Outsurance about a burst pipe underneath my house. They appointed Supra Bouers as the contractor to fix the problems. Anton of Supra Bouers really went the extra mile.
