Worst customer service and poor planning
I once come to coach house many years ago as a child with my dad. In my mind i thought the standard still as is . Red flags were there during bookings but it didnt bither me considering that i knew the place. 1. We paid for christmast lunch for 5 people but one person didnt come with , they reserved a table for 3 .... was told to go and pay for the fourth person only to find out that is not supposednto be thebcase. 2. My kids room aircon and tv dont work , then they were supposednto be moved to another room next day . In our utmost desbelief , the kids were kicked out without communicating with me( had to carry the luggage to me . 3. Its now 13h39 and our room has not been cleaned . If i can say i rested here , it will be a complete lie. Looking foward to the comfort of my mothere house than this . 3. The worst experience of my life , the service is out of a horror movie.

Wrongly accused for bridging electricity
We installed solar panels last year July. We have been switching off eskom power during the day and made use of the solar. Yesterday Tshwane Municipality cut off our meter and said that we have bridged and yet we are buying electricity worth 2000 each month . Right now we are expected to pay 26 000 on a mistake to reinstate the power .

I need my refund
I just bought food from KFC , and they double deducted from my account. What makes me angry is that it's not for the first time . They did that to my daughter and my other niece complaint about it . They need to be stopped from ripping people off

CELL C ****MERS
I had a contract with Cell C . I paid it off and closed the contract. I was at some point told that I need to serve a 3 months notice whilst paying of which I did. This year I got contact from CCS don't even know what that is saying that I am owing and need to pay 377 of which I did . All of sudden , now it has to be monthly payment, when I ask how much I owe I don't have an answer. Guys please don't open cell c contract, the company is trying to use all avenues to get money from people .

Ordered clothes from China 27 September. Have not received it , being told one story after the other.

Stolen good by Supra builders
Outsurance make use of service providers that are unreliable like Supra builders. Guys came from Supra builders to fix leakage . The guys stole cellphone from our house , I have previously requested outsurance to get our own people to fix but they insist on bringing the crooks that come and steal from our houses .
