Poor customer service and bad attitude. Lack of responsibility, accountability and honesty or integrity.

Ordered through Uber eat from Swaadist Resevoir Hills. 2 meals ordered for 3 people. One meal a bean roti roll was poorly packed and when recieved was at the bottom of the packet in a mess. I called asked for refund to my wallet they state I must come pick up yet I'm using Uber Eats. Secondly they then offer to re deliver the meal with their driver. Never arrived. They took my money for the purchase but never provided a meal.
