Poor service & small meals
I had lunch here and it was fantastic but then i decided to take my family and it turned out to be NOT a good experience ,... small portions for main meals , starter breads arrived late after main meals , Haloumi salad contained one piece of haloumi cut into slivers ...Management response below par or non chalant

Pathetic experience @ Syriana
Horribly and utterly disappointing as I always go to Syriana, however tonight when I went there the waitress was extremely rude. We wanted to order a coffee, however her reply was “no you can’t” when we asked why she explained that it was load shedding which is understandable but you do not answer customers in that matter. She had no people s****s at all. We then wanted to order a coke and then she replied with “only a coke? you can’t just order that because there are other people that would want to come and want to sit down” which was funny because the place was empty. She basically implied that if we were only going to order coke, we needed to leave and we did just that as their service tonight was pathetic. As being a regular customer, tonight by far was one of the worst experiences my friends and I had and we will definitely not be going back there.

Food Poisoning
I really looked forward to this place, booked it for my Moms Birthday last Friday. Unfortunately she caught a very bad stomach infection almost an hour after eating (and is still hospitalized). Its been 2 days. And that's not all, the waiter mixed up two orders at our table. They gave the order to my aunt, that was actually meant for my brother. When we mentioned it to the waiter, all she did was pick up the HALF already eaten food infront of my aunt and swop it with my brothers. INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND BRINGING A BRAND NEW, CORRECT ORDER THE 2ND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we complained about that, the so called "manager" came to our table (with earphones in his ears) and says 'Sorry I cant prepare a new order, we already have so many tables". And btw, the Shish tawook was horrible and dry. I wish that was all my complaints. BUT then I ordered an Oreo milkshake, only had about 3 sips because I was full. I asked the waiter If i could have it to go, she says " WE DONT HAVE ANY TAKEAWAY CUPS" WHAT THE HELL! I am utterly disgusted.
