I had lunch here and it was fantastic but then i decided to take my family and it turned out to be NOT a good experience ,... small portions for main meals , starter breads arrived late after main meals , Haloumi salad contained one piece of haloumi cut into slivers ...Management response below par or non chalant
Trying to deal with CellC accounting is like trying to make sense of “ trickanometry” … zero accounting skills
Everytime CellC contact me , its a different person requesting the sane info yet when you send it to that person , that person disappears into thin air and they start all over again , No mor words left to describe Worst service
CellC responded to my reviews in private but in reality …First it was a message which has strangely disappeared from Hellopeter reviews , Secondly it was a computer dialling my cell number continuously and asking me to dial another number …Conclusion …. my account is still suspended but CellC is asking me to call them ???? Incompetent to the End!!!
I sent hellopeter a message re companies so called “private replies “ which nobody else can read or review because these replies ‘goes around in circles ‘ as it doesn't solve the issues at hand and Surprise … Hellopeter blocked my message … was tgat a private reply of sorts
Cell C took more than a year to reverse illegal Getmore charges on my contract , I have advised them about these charges also so long ago and since they never sorted out the problem at the beginning , i closed my banking account to prevent CellC from illegally debiting my account with extra charges , But i have been paying them regularly since then via eft from another bank account , they sent me a statement for August 2021 showing the reversal of whatever Getmore & other debits they raised erroneously , my statement for August was only thus my subscription due for R398.99 which i paid on the 31/8/2021 , AND suddenly a statement for September 2021 reflects 2 outstanding payments which they say is July & August 2021(this i sent themproof of payment ) to collectionsqueries , ALSO they STILL suspended my service even though they have all my payments , ans the reason they give is because my debit orders bounced , How RIDICULOUS when i have been paying them via eft for about a year , how come they never treated all my other eft payments as bounced because it cannot bounce ????? CELLC owners , management & some staff are Grossly INCOMPETENT Worst Accounting /Bookeeping service ever !!!! I had to send the payment copies(a second time) to another staff member . I am still waiting till now for them to lift the suspension on this contract of mine.... 9 since my contract is finishing on the 15th October 2021
i logged into Discovery website so that i could send them an email , but the email screen offered is a blank page ?????
I read Cell C reviews with great empathy for their customers , to cancel a contract with any service provider , first make sure that you close your banking account a few months prior to expiration of contract and start paying them manually or online until your contract expires and make sure that you have written proof or email that you have informed them to cancel same . Also make sure you have sent the email to an actual Cell C email and not a "no- reply" service . Try your utmost to have a written track record of your correspondence in case of future litigation .
CellC debited my account with unauthorised charges a few times , from one of their siubsidiary companies(GetMore)... in January 2021 they promised to reverse same , and i posted their positive response under reviews ... Now currently they are doing exactly the same debits with dubious accounting transactions and no explanation ??? i am convinced that CellC Accounting/Admin Management are not fit to do their jibs properly ... They are once again threatening to suspend my account and if they do , they will not be getting a singke paynebt from me ever again...i am a pensioner !!
Bad Service , we ordered a whole cake ( for a birthday) from Knead Bajery on Monday and today we were supposed to collect it , Surprise response .... “we did not bake it , sorry” they could at least tell us in advance since i now discover that no branches have cakes to sell ????
