What a great first experience at Omnicare Clinic in Lansdowne. Took my baby for his vaccinations and the Nurses are absolutely amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They were really helpful and sweet. I am definitely returning for myself and baby. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody who is looking for a clinic for their baby/children’s vaccinations. They are also very affordable as well. #WIN
Great services at Primi in waterfront. So great I had to return the following weekend as well. Loved their food especially the pizza and pasta! Let’s not forget that brownie and ice cream!! Amazing. Actually my first time I’ve ever went there and needed to go back the second time. Well done to their staff for their services. #WIN
Been ordering on Bolt Foods almost everyday for the past two weeks ? amazing and efficient services!! Would definitely recommend to others as they are always having 50% off deals at selected food stores which makes it so much more worth it!! Imagine, Nandos, Spur and Simply Asia at half price?? ?? AMAZING!!! Give bolt foods a try! #WIN
I opened up a bank account at Capitec and I do not regret my decision at all. Capitec is 100% more cheaper and user friendly than the other banks I’ve been with and they are so reliable!! I’m really happy with my experience thus far. I would definitely recommend Capitec to every person I come across as they are super efficient and their bank charges are minimal which makes it so much more worth it! #WIN
Pathetic service from webafrica. Signed up last night to order fibre, woke up this morning and saw my status was “active” and a R564 was due and payable for something we didn’t even get or use???? My husband has been on the phone and WhatsApp like since early this morning trying to have this sort out as we’d rather cancel instead of being with such a ****py business. However; all the agents are doing is transferring him from one person to another without any help. I would NOT recommend this business/service to anyone. How can you be charged for something that was not delivered or used??????? Still waiting for a this service that we did not even use to be canceled. PATHETIC honestly.
Disappointed in McDonald’s Ottery branch. Bought a few meals and not only was the the food cold, I found hair in the chips and they gave my burger without a bottom bun as well.
I’ve been with capitec since January and had a debit order with them for the 15th of every month. At this time the debit was going off on my Absa account as that was the account where my salary went into. However, I then changed work places so my pay date changed to the 27th of every month AND I also changed banks which means that I got paid into my capitec and was no longer using the Absa account. In February I went into capitec to inform them that I needed my debit order to be changed to the 27th and to also remove my absa banking details. They then sent me back to get a letter from my workplace to confirm my pay date which I did. I went back into capitec AGAIN to give them the letter and to also change my banking details as I was only using my capitec account and not my absa account. Months went by and eventually I picked up that capitec has been debiting my capitec account AS WELL as my absa account MORE THAN TWICE a month. 1st, 5th, 15th, 24th and 25th of the month) Every single time capitec debited my absa account I got charged a R150 bank charges and an extra R100 because my absa account did not have any money in it as I was not using that account. Lockdown then happened and I was home bound. Months passed and now my student absa account is in arrears by R832. I kept on receiving SMS’s to say I need to deposit money into my account and make sure that I have sufficient funds for my debit orders to go off to avoid bank charges, etc. I was confused as I wasn’t using my absa account and my debit order was being paid on time every month with capitec so I didn’t understand why this was happening. I emailed multiple times, however I got no reply. I was then forced to go into Absa as I was under the impression capitec removed my absa banking details off their system. I went into absa to close my student account and query why my account has been charged so much every month. They then told me that I couldn’t close it as it was in arrears and it is in arrears because capitec has been debiting my account so many times. I explained to absa my situation and what happened, they then sent me to capitec to log a complaint there and request that capitec sort out my arrears as it is their fault. I told absa I am not prepared to pay for something that is out of my control and it not my fault my account has been debited all the time unnecessarily and I was very stressed out about this as I received a letter from absa on the 6th May 2020 to say that they will be taking legal action within 10 days if I don’t settle my arrears. This was extremely stressful as I didn’t need my credit score or rating to be affected and I didn’t want this to go on my record for future references. Anyway. It has been WEEKS and I am STILL awaiting someone from Capitec to get back to me as I have been receiving messages from ABSA still stating I need to pay, etc. Most pathetic services I’ve ever received from both banks.

Worse service. Waited 45 minutes for my food and it didn’t come. All 5 tables around us who came AFTER received there food. When we asked about it they told us they thought we received it already. They then told us we will have to wait even longer for our food because they needed to make it still as they gave our order to someone else. I feel that this was really upsetting as we were starving and really looking forward to eating Nandos as we are regular customers. I am extremely disappointed as this was my 4th time at nandos waterfront and all 4 times I received pathetic service, they either get our order wrong or we don’t receive cold food.
Horribly and utterly disappointing as I always go to Syriana, however tonight when I went there the waitress was extremely rude. We wanted to order a coffee, however her reply was “no you can’t” when we asked why she explained that it was load shedding which is understandable but you do not answer customers in that matter. She had no people s****s at all. We then wanted to order a coke and then she replied with “only a coke? you can’t just order that because there are other people that would want to come and want to sit down” which was funny because the place was empty. She basically implied that if we were only going to order coke, we needed to leave and we did just that as their service tonight was pathetic. As being a regular customer, tonight by far was one of the worst experiences my friends and I had and we will definitely not be going back there.
