Awesome and energising massage therapy.
I am a regular spa massage attendee and prefer a firmer harder massage. I often find myself having to ask the the****** to go deeper into the tissue and am never totally satisfied. I had to tell the the****** to go a little lighter as she was amazingly strong and uses the strength in her fingers to work through tiredness. Fell asleep 5 minutes into the therapy - highly recommend.

The Taj Spa @ Westwood Mall Durban
<p>Good day,</p> <p>I decided to treat my sister for her birthday to a pampering half day spa session at The Taj Spa located in Westwood Mall Durban. We arrived there about 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic that built up on route because of rainy weather, we did call the Taj Spa and informed them that we'd be a few minutes late due to traffic. Upon arrival, we were told by the owner that our sessions would be cut back by 10 minutes so that was somewhat disappointing to hear as it was my sister's birthday that very same day! My husband and I were then treated by two of the most disappointing masseurs that we have met...I am convinced that these two ladies were most probably trained hands on at the spa as they definitely did not possess any professional massage theraphy s****s when it came to providing the treatments we were expecting. They were completely lacking any form of professionalism and the whole experience with both of them was really apalling and dismal. My poor sister on the other hand had a masseus that had applied too much pressure during her session and she now has the bruises to show for it!!!</p> <p>Overall, our experience at the Taj Spa at Westwood was DISAPPOINTING AND APPALLING!!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!</p>

Poor code of conduct
Very disappointed with the treatment that we had at Taj spa in weswud mall even after having adviced the therapist that my husband requested me to be present in his massage I was told to leave. The mannerism that I was told was totally unethical poor and arrogant. Having had such an unfriendly experience I would not recommend any one to Taj spa. Taj spa needs to ensure that great care and respect is shown to all clients. And they do not have any signage or any indication that states only one person allowed in room. No history on the clients general health. No therapy should be performed if the therapist dose not know if his or hers client is experiencing any medical condition. Taj spa worst ever therapy place to go. Poor code of conduct and unethical performance.
