Poor service
I requested transport for the removal of my furniture on the 24th January 2025, i had a very bad experience with the owner Hetisani and his driver. My furniture starting from fridge, washing machine and bedroom suit are damaged, i reported the incident to the owner after the driver was making lots of noise in my house saying i didn't have to clean the fridge immediately i trapped him. the owner requested pictures of the scratches on my furniture and he rep**** by saying i'm making things up because i don't want to pay. I then made the payment, because i wasn't even there, i thought their insurance is going to cover for the dents and scratches These people are very unprofessional, they then locked the delivery truck and the driver walked away telling me he is very rich and he has two houses in Gauteng, most of my furniture was still in the truck. He came later after an hour or so to offload my stuff. Unlike their advert on the web, they don't cover the furniture with boxes, just push it inside their dirty truck. I'm extremely disappointed with their service, not recommended . Now i have to live with my fairly new furniture scratched and dented by them.

Horrible service offered
Had a horrible experience with the company, advertised as offering free insurance to cover damages and loss but refused to covet expenses for damages,entitling a R2500 excess. Arrived 11 hours late for the removal and 8 hours late to deliver over a 320km trip.

These guys have no sense of time. False advertising. No blankets to help protecting your belongs. Trucks are leaking in raining weather. No Insurance Not full on Covid-19 compliant Need to keep watchful eye on them to make sure all your belongs get loaded, and not left on the side of the road. Promise of big truck, and arrive with baby truck.
