Placed an order using MrD and never received my crumbed mushrooms, BUT I did receive 2x SEAL BAGS as my order. After contacting the restaurant (at around 16:20pm on Sunday 25th). The person that gets called to the phone, proceeded to argue with us regarding the missing items, after then directing us to take it up with MrD. This was all AFTER telling them that the bags were sealed, there were 2 bags (she said they sent 2), but the mushrooms weren't there. After being told "WE KNOW WHAT WE PACK" and "THE MUSHROOMS WOULD BE STANDING HERE", we just gave up and decided to try other routes. After been a loyal customer and a fan for years now, this has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Pathetic staff that have ZERO RIGHT being in any form of customer service role. I am pretty sure they couldn't possibly have made a packing error, clearly either the paying customer or delivery service must be at fault.
