Horrible service
Terrible service, terrible attitude stuff. Food came in different batches and we wer blamed when we expected an apology by the manager and waitress. Food came cold

Not great
Very bad service!! We waited forever for our food that was overly priced, we got our chips after our main course and then our bill was wrong, they charged other people’s items onto our bill. The vibes are nice but the service is poor. Would not recommend this place.

Very bad service!! We waited forever for our food that was overly priced, we got our chips after our main course and then our bill was wrong, they charged other people’s items onto our bill. The vibes are nice but the service is poor. Would not recommend this place.

Shocking service!
Terrible service & poor covid protocols. We saw empty tables by the play area yet the host Ayanda walked in ‘to check’ & said there were none. We took a table inside, only to take our kid to the play area and see the tables we mentioned were available and Unreserved. Hosts were rude and had bad attitudes - and they lied! Food took extremely long to arrive, saw three tables arrive after us and receive food before us - when I asked waiters, each said they’re on it; when I asked the manager he replied “I was wondering why you were here so long without any food and why you were looking around”. Say what? Tables are way too close together and the place was packed, everyone walks around without masks.

Tapas - GREAT food and service!!!
My wife and I are spending honeymoon in Knysna and we have to say that Tapas and Oysters restaurant has the BEST food in town. In fact the food was better than most places that we've visited in SA! The prawns, calamari and sushi... Well pretty much everything was awesome. Great work guys, keep it up.

Tapas - GREAT food and service!!!
