Disappointing

I am a regular at Tashas, and my favorite dish are the salmon fish cakes.

Last week I ordered it and the waiter informed me that there was a change in the menu and that it no longer came with avocado. I agreed to have it. When the meal arrived it was totally different, there was no longer a green salad which in the past made up more than 60% of the plate. (I was not informed by my waitress who barely spoke English fluently)

I asked to speak to the manager. He seemed quiet defensive and rude from the beginning. Even though i greeted him with a smile and explained myself to him in a very curtious and pleasant way.

His response was that i should call the head office in cape town to complain. I guess I only wanted an apology and an explanation to the change. For I would never order my favorite meal again (which i travelled out of my way for).

A company like Tashas should have exceptional management whom ensure their guests are taken care of.
