We went for breakfast this morning (11 May 2025) and initially sat outside. Due to the cold weather, we asked to be moved indoors, which seemed to cause some confusion with our order. We had to follow up after waiting for an hour, and we understand that the seating change may have contributed to the delay. We eventually received our food and accepted the apology — the gentleman who assisted us was professional.
However, as we began eating, the manager (an African lady) came by to check if everything was alright. We explained the issue with the order and also asked her for a bottle of sparkling water. Unfortunately, she never returned, and we ended up finishing our meal without it. The waiter eventually stepped in to assist us again.
I found the manager’s behavior to be quite unprofessional, especially given that we had already expressed our dissatisfaction. Rather than helping to resolve the situation, her lack of follow-through only added to the frustration.
Please consider hiring professional managers who genuinely prioritize customer service. It’s disappointing that my patience with the initial delay may have been misinterpreted as indifference, leading to us being completely disregarded. This is simply not acceptable
