*Disappointing Experience at Appetite Restaurant (formerly Tatso)*

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Appetite Restaurant, and it was an unmitigated disaster. Despite making a timely booking and paying the requested deposit, we arrived to find that the restaurant had no knowledge of our reservation. To make matters worse, the person we booked through was absent, and no food had been prepared for us.

We were forced to wait an unacceptable 4 hours for our meals, which was particularly distressing for our elderly companions who had to wait even longer for their food. The main course was lackluster, and the service was abysmal.

This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had. The restaurant's inability to manage bookings, communicate effectively, and provide timely service is appalling. I will not be returning to Appetite .
