Wrong next of kin name and number to called was put under my name and it was taken for granted
I have my next of kin as the next contact my wife and my nephew incase cartrack can't get hold me but to my suprise two were added by the name of Norman and Mohamad and I find it strange how did it happen coz I specifically talk to the guy who assisted me and confirm their name my wife comfor and my nephew nhlakanipho goodenough mahlangu but their names were not there this is shocking
Worse company one can ever interact with 3months of submitting correct paper I was told.the money will disinvest it will take 3days and one day of sars boom 3weeks later still same story that they don't know why it doesn't disinvest they will follow up with IT when ever I call they will get back to me nothing they don't call every time I call they say one thing I was about to call you or sorry I dint call you if u can stay a week they don't bother even the manager can't even help since they said they will escalate it to him nothing still waiting I don't know how did it came about our company to choose momentum very bad the people who goes n work there some of them.they just go to work n go work n get paid for nothing whats worse is that people claiming 2pots they getting their money I know more than 10 of them
Good service I had a car guard on and within 5minutes they call but my question when I'm been taken with my car like that how shud I behave when u guys call
*Disappointing Experience at Appetite Restaurant (formerly Tatso)* I recently had the misfortune of dining at Appetite Restaurant, and it was an unmitigated disaster. Despite making a timely booking and paying the requested deposit, we arrived to find that the restaurant had no knowledge of our reservation. To make matters worse, the person we booked through was absent, and no food had been prepared for us. We were forced to wait an unacceptable 4 hours for our meals, which was particularly distressing for our elderly companions who had to wait even longer for their food. The main course was lackluster, and the service was abysmal. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had. The restaurant's inability to manage bookings, communicate effectively, and provide timely service is appalling. I will not be returning to Appetite . Rating: 1/5 stars
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from [the Courier guy ]. Despite numerous attempts, they have consistently failed to deliver my parcel from Johannesburg to Mokopane, instead sending it to Cape Town on multiple occasions. The lack of accountability and ineffective communication from their customer service team has been astonishing. Each time I call to report the issue, I am met with a dismissive apology and a vague promise that I will receive my parcel, without any concrete actions being taken to rectify the situation or prevent future errors. As a business owner who relies heavily on courier services, this level of incompetence is not only infuriating but also detrimental to our operations. The constant delays and mistakes are resulting in significant losses for our company.
