Best online company, ever.
If you are looking for a credible, reliable and professional company, who goes over and beyond, then Techexchange is most definitely a brilliant option. After a different online company stole 13k from me, I was obviously nervous about placing another order. I emailed them and explained that I was apprehensive to order anything online anymore due to my experience a few days earlier. Within minutes I received a phone call from one of the friendliest and most professional people, who spoke me through the process and asked for more details of exactly what I was looking for. He then checked to ensure availability and spec of the device and stayed in direct contact with me, updating me constantly. This was not just an employee, but the CEO. Richard, THANK YOU. Your company delivers on exactly what you offer, in service, spec of goods and standard. It is absolutely awesome to work with a company with such high integrity and professionalism.

Whatch out for 5% payment processing fee
It is an online shop with all the hidden information so my advice is be 1000% sure before buying anything because once u buy there is no changing ur mind or trying to return the product without u losing money ,once you pay its game over for you,even if u change ur mind after a minute of paying u will be charged 5% payment fee meaning they are making money even if dey r not selling any products and as for their management they will respond after days of your emails and they even advise me to remove my negative reviews of me telling the truth and warning others not to fell for the **** .

Excellent service and affordable prices
Bought 2 phones from them and was constantly kept in the loop about delivery. After sales service is also excellent! Highly recommend buying from them because I definitely will!

Great customer service
Great customer service and products. I bought a phone from techexchange. Unfortunately their was a software issue. Techexchange was very responsive in helping me try to resolve the issue. They collected the phone and immediately replaced it with a new one when the issue couldn't be resolved. Excellent customer service from the team. I would definitely recommend using them.

Incredible Service :)
