UNFAIR REFUSAL OF THE CLAIM-TECHSURED-GUARDRISK

This insurance company took my money every month, when a lodged a claim after i lost my cell phone , the come with a story that my cell phone was 12 months at the time which they cannot explain which time, I then followed the dispute resolution mechanism as provided by them , but do not even respond to my email, I ask them a question is to why I was not told about this reason before I enter into a contract with them and only be told when I lodged a claim and after they have already taken my money, they have not responded, for this is tantamount to taking money ********ly and they did not act in good faith. Now they are quiet like they have never taken money from my account, the reason given to deny the claim is very questionable as it not even specific in the contract .

I will never recommend this company to anyone.
