The experience started fine but when we experienced issues they committed to sort out their workmanship and after more than a year it was not resolved. Be careful about their promises or warranty commitments.

We are based in Centurion and had the absolute best experience with Teck Flex Benoni. After being let down by several other companies, Teck Flex truly stood out. Their professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail were exceptional. The team was reliable, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our roof has never looked better, and we have complete peace of mind knowing it was done to the highest standards. Highly recommend Teck Flex Benoni for anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled roofing specialists!

We are based in Centurion and had the absolute best experience with Teck Flex Benoni. After being let down by several other companies, Teck Flex truly stood out. Their professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail were exceptional. The team was reliable, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our roof has never looked better, and we have complete peace of mind knowing it was done to the highest standards. This is a reply to Esther Fouche Dear Esther Fouche I am writing to address the concerns you've raised regarding the painting work done at your residence in Bonaero Park. We apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction caused. However, we would like to clarify a few points: - Our team did not rush the job, and we followed standard procedures to ensure quality work. - We did inform you that the paint would take up to 4 hours to dry, and we advised you to wait until it dried before making any judgments. - Regarding the texture paint on the interior walls, we did explain that it would be challenging to achieve a completely smooth finish without additional work, such as skimming or applying Rhinolite. We offered to minimize the texture finish by using a 80-100 grit sandpaper and the finish on the walls was much better, i did suggest that the walls can be smoother if you agrees to do rhinolite or skim plaster but you declined to pay for the extra work, to be performed at a cost or to get it smoother, Regarding the leaking carport, we apologize for any oversight. However, this has been resolved as soon as it was brought up to our attention and this we will would be happy to investigate and address the problem, if this problem still exists. We value our clients and strive to deliver quality work. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these matters further and resolve any outstanding issues. Also note that when we send the team and Forman to do repairs you requested/insisted that myself and Wikus should attend to the problem ourselves and not our workers but I told you was not possible at the time. In December the company was hired to paint our house and roof in Bonaeropark. They rushed the job and keep on asking for the final payment days before the job was done. I complained while they were busy and was told to wait till the paint dries up. The walls looks like they did patch work all over. A week later I contacted them regarding a leaking carport I WAS ignored. I phone Jean again early January to inform him about the problems we are experiencing with the paint work inside the house. They send their Project Manager to have a look. He did not take any photos just said Jean will contact me. A week later no response. An email was send to the Director, Wikus on Monday 13 January '25 still no response. Their workmanship is not up to standard and their customer service even worse. I will definitely not recommend the company. I expected more for the amount of money that was paid. I was promised to have the guarantee before they close in December, nothing received. Still waiting for my invoices for payments done. Bad workmanship.
