Dear Telesure,
Is it standard practice at Telesure for staff to be dishonest and tamper with claims?
I am asking this because the team handling my Auto & General claim has **** repeatedly, one false statement after another. I have documented proof of these lies and the inconsistencies in how my claim has been managed.
Is it Telesure’s job to gatekeep and prevent claims from being processed? Because that is exactly how your team has handled my Auto & General claim.
