Horrific Service - Don't Use Tendahealth

This has got to be the most poorly run business I've ever worked with. I signed up with Charl for a Bonitas medical aid and Sanlam gap cover. He was helpful. Then he disappeared and when I tried to cancel I got zero response, zero feedback and zero support. I have been trying to cancel with Tendahealth for 3 MONTHS now and finally got a hold of Bonitas and Sanlam to cancel instead.

I then received a call yesterday from them to "review my needs"and when I mentioned I needed help cancelling, they hung up on me. This was the first time I had heard from them since I requested to cancel.

Would not recommend. Ever.
