We contacted Tendaonline regarding questions with Bonitas Boncap, and a gentlemen helped us very nice.
When time came for application, application was send, a follow up was done and a week later still no feedback, i checked with Bonitas and they said nothing was received yet, They asked the gentlemen to contact us, He told me he has send me the application, i said yet, but the application wasnt for me, so he asked which email address it came from, this is now a week later, He replies to email, with two other documents needed, Once this was send, no feedback, He contacted the applicant and there was other issues, he needed the medical certificate in PDF, so this was also send, after having to follow up again the next day, he rep**** yes it was received and this is the last reply. On the 4th of Feb this would already be 2 weeks after sending this application, I am really not happy with the slow service of Tendaonline.
