We made a purchase on 07 January 2026, from the Cape Town branch, and to date have not received any communication from these people, no ETA and no Tax Invoice. They are the absolute worst to deal with and the level of service received is actually disturbing to say the least, your customer service is horrible and your communication leaves much to be desired, I will report you to the ombudsman and issue you with legal documentation if this is not resolved
