Bad Service

Good day,

I wish to express my utter disappointment with That’s Fishy Greenacres. Firstly, the service from the ladies is not good. They stand and eat their lunch in front of clients which in my opinion, and from someone who has worked in restaurants before, is completely unprofessional.

We ordered our food at 12:25 yesterday and only received it by 13:35. Apparently, according to the one lady they gave our order to another client (accidently apparently) this is half an hour after she said that they ran out of chips and just started a fresh batch for us.

While sitting there they had 3 clients who’s orders went out with other people. Those clients where told to go find the people and ask them to come back. Unprofessional doesn’t even cover it…

The last but not least, the food was oily and both of us ended up being ill with runny tummies and vomiting today.

I will never but never again support that shop and I will definitely be telling everyone I know of this experience.

I suggest you get a manager their that actually knows how to run the place as it seems that’s one thing lacking amongst many others..
