Pathetic Service

Pathetic service. Being phoning "Thats Fishy in Circular Drive" since 19:00 on the 15/03/2024 and apparently she THE MANAGER) is busy to answer the phone when I approached her at the store. Decided to drive there to find that shes cashing up just after 19:45 and told me with an attitude that the kitchen is closed while Google shows they are still open. Previously a gentleman who worked there took my order at 19:45 and assisted with the opposite attitude of the so called manager. How can a MANAGER ignore calls since 19:00 because shes apparently to busy busy. Two minures before I walked into the shop I still called her just to find two clients in the store when I walked in, BUT SHES APPARENTLY BUSY!!!!!

Im in the hospitality and service management industry for 29 years and what I experienced tonight is SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST and definitely not service delivery or care to your clientele. Clearly the owner has more than enough money to ignore calls for an hour befors closing time while google say you arw OPEN.

Clearly this is a situation where they want to leave the store and GO HOME AT 20:00, no matter clients needs or service delivery.
