Stay far away if you want your appliance to work again
Terrible service and empty promises from these fly by nights. We called them to come out to put a rubber back into a washing machine, which is only 2 months old. After dismantling almost the entire washing machine, they show a rubber with a hole in it, doubtful it was already there, then charged us extreme amount for the part. They came out to put the rubber in and left... the machine still is not working and they made promises they will come and sort it out. The machine after they have been there does not look new anymore either. They are now avoiding my calls and not answering any of my WhatsApp's. Lets not forget to mention their arrogant rude attitudes. Please avoid these people, their webpage looks fancy but I warn you now, they are not. Stay very far away from them.

RUN AND HIDE
After 2 x call outs for repairing my generator without any success all communication stopped from their side giving me the silent treatment. I have tried for 3 x days to get them and do the repair properly for which I already paid where they could not bother to respond at all -TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN! The worst service I have experienced in a long while - technicians(if u can call them that) didnt even have propper tools with them. BE AWARE THESE GUYS ARE NOTHING ELSE THAN ****STERS!

Being threatened to remove review
Contacted them to come out and fix my washing machine. They came and informed me a part had to be replaced. R2890. Machine still did not work. They have been promising for days to come and no one shows up. They ignore my calls. Requested the owners number or refund. Placed a review. Now they are threatening me demanding I remove my reviews and until then no one will assist me. Their work ethic is disgusting. I am looking for the owners details so that I may escalate the matter. They are refusing to fix their work. They are refusing to refund me. They are refusing to give me the owners details. And they are now threatening me.

Very quick to come out. Tell me the pipe needs to be replaced. Charge r2980. No job card. No broken part left behind. Nothing. Washing machine still doesn't work. Same issue. Now Mike and Robben keep arranging times to come out but never show up. Been days. Disgusted with their work ethic. Looking for the owner to contact me please.

DON'T USE THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR!!!!!
If there was a rating that stated NO STARS, I would have done that!!! ****MER!!!! Mike is running this business and is ****ming people. He came to fix a fridge - charged 3600 - apparently the "board" was faulty. We paid, the fridge still did not work. He does not answer his calls and blocks all numbers trying to get hold of him. The invoice clearly states 6 months warranty. Please don't use the guy and warn everyone as far as possible. 😡😡😡😡

BEWARE : THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR - PART THREE I have now made several attempts by phone and email and received promises from THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR and Mike (Technician) to return with the 'parts' and complete the work on my Fridge, Nothing forethcoming. A lesson learnt is to look on 'HELLO PETER' for references on service providers. After my experience, I found numerous complaints of the same nature as mine regarding THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR. Where there is smoke there is fire.....better to avoid approaching them. They are very quick to promise and pass the blame around.

Vague enquiries on information that should be at hand. No further contact. The technician, Mike, has blocked my phone number. The repair was costly at R 4 980.
