Terrible service and empty promises from these fly by nights. We called them to come out to put a rubber back into a washing machine, which is only 2 months old. After dismantling almost the entire washing machine, they show a rubber with a hole in it, doubtful it was already there, then charged us extreme amount for the part. They came out to put the rubber in and left... the machine still is not working and they made promises they will come and sort it out. The machine after they have been there does not look new anymore either. They are now avoiding my calls and not answering any of my WhatsApp's. Lets not forget to mention their arrogant rude attitudes. Please avoid these people, their webpage looks fancy but I warn you now, they are not. Stay very far away from them.
Please be warned, these people are a bunch of ****s. My fridge broke beginning of September, I found this company on google and decided to give them a call. They came out a few days later and I was quite impressed with that but then it was all down hill. They said that me element needs replacing and they will order it, it will be there the next week. I called 2 weeks later as I had heard nothing from them and was told that they were sent the in correct part and that they had to send my original part with to the suppliers in order to get the correct part. I was then told 2 weeks, I phone a couple of weeks later and was told, no now there is a delay and it will take another 5 weeks to arrive. All this time I have stayed patient, accepting the fact that it is going to take a while. So I left it for over a month and called again, this time being told it is only arriving first week in December. I then started getting frustrated and I told Heleen that I am not getting very frustrated as it has been close to 3 months, but I still stayed positive and believed them. Today I called and spoke with Heleen, firstly again being given another story that they have been promised by their supplier that it will only be arriving next week, she continued to giggle while telling me this. I then got upset because not only have I waited over 3 months without a fridge, racking up unnecessary expenses waiting on broken promises but now this lady is laughing like it is some sort of joke. I asked for George (I assume her husband) to call me, he is the owner of this establishment. He called me extremely aggressive and kept blaming the "supplier" (I have no idea why people would use useless suppliers if this is the service they deliver), to which I addressed my frustration at this 3 month wait, he then continued to say that they supplier said they only delivering in February and did I not get the screenshot from Heleen. I have to this day not received a call, or whatsapp or email with any update, I always have to phone to be given obvious lies and **** promises. So I then continued to tell him that she laughed on the phone and I dont think this is funny, he kept cutting me off while I am trying to say anything and extremely aggressive. He then used her anxiety as an excuse for her giggles, I too am a sufferer of anxiety yet speak to people with respect and definitely do not laugh as serious matters, if this is the case that she can not control herself then she should not be put in a position to deal with clients any way. He then started screaming over the phone saying I must take my business elsewhere, to which I told him I will then do that and that I want my part in order to go somewhere else, he then yelled back that my part is lying there and I must come fetch it...now you will see earlier in this review where I mentioned they told me that the part was send to the supplier, so how is my part there if it was sent to the supplier??? Another lie??? Makes me wonder if my fridge part was ever ordered or if they just like stringing people along with broken promises. Also in my one call to Heleen she told me that as soon as they receive the part they will fix my washing machine and bring it back to me.... Uuuum, it is not a washing maching, it is a fridge and its not with them its at my house!!! So they dont even know what belongs to who! Please save yourself alot of time and wasted money, go somewhere else where you get what is promised and dont have to suffer with rude people and the lies they tell!
I ordered from Temu, Buffalo is the service provider for my delivery. Firstly they apparently attempted delivery to my office on a public holiday, which is strange because #1, its a office and #2, they usually always call before delivery. There were people on the premises and building at the time and there are lockers outside the building where parcels can be delivered so it tells me no one even bothered to deliver then secondly I was told parcel was out for delivery today, no one can assist with a time or even the drivers contact number. When I call the call center I keep ending up at the incorrect department even though I choose the correct numbers for international deliveries. So now I am sitting here with no package and no way to find out when it is being delivered and the people I keep getting through to are extremely unprofessional and rude and tell me they are not allowed to direct my call even though I press the correct numbers #1 and #1 as stated. The client service for buffalo is beyond ridiculous!
I called and cancelled one of my contracts Mid December 2023. The gentleman explained that I will still be debited for it once more as it was not the beginning of December which I acknowledged. I was then debited twice after this, I called again and spoke with a lady who told me that the man did not cancel as he was supposed to and that she will do an immediate cancellation and my credit will be refunded in 48-72 business hours...this too was not done! I called last week and provided the case number along with what the lady said. The gentleman then said that they will review my recording and that they will then phone me but if that is what was said it must be honored.. The lady also did not put a full cancellation as I requested also, which can also be heard in the conversation. Well it has been a week and still no one has contacted me. I want the contract cancelled and my money back that was promised to me please.
I was assisted with adding my new puppy to my existing insurance with breeze. Krystal Munsami answered all my questions and concerns and made it really hassle free.
On the 19th December I emailed through my cancellation. I followed up beginning of January where I was informed it was being escalated. On the 1st February I was debited where I should not have been. I then phoned ADT and was told someone higher was going to phone me back, to my surprise she did and apologized, she told me to forward all the correspondence to her which I did on the 2nd February. I had no reply even after I asked for a reply. On the 7th February I followed up on email and got the repsonse "sorry I was on leave" and that she would get back to me. On the 10th February I followed up again and got no reply.... I have now today sent yet again another email requesting my refund. This is unacceptable. A person has bills and a budget to stick to and money was wrongfully taken from my account. I want my money back!!!!!!!
I phoned Skynet on Monday as my package was scanned in on 18th by them, I spoke with a lady who advised my package was there and that she would prioritize my delivery for the next day (Tuesday 20/12) and that I will receive an sms stating the package was on its way. On Tuesday morning I called again to make sure my package was going to be delivered as delivery date was due 11/12 and I wont be at work after 21/12 to receive my delivery. A lady once again assured me that I was getting my package. Around 3pm no sms and no package so I phoned again. The gentleman that answered basically told me that the previous ladies lied to me and that my package has no delivery date or time. He then continued to say that I must not even bother coming to their offices to collect it as they are not going to go out their way to find my stuff and that I must wait for delivery. I explained I wont be at the office after 21/12 and had I known I would have put my house address on. He didn't seem to care and said nothing they can do about it until they try deliver it and I am not available so it then fails. And after continuous failures it will then be sent back to the supplier. I am so upset, my package is there, my due date was 9-11 December. He wont prioritize it and I cant go collect it myself. I have christmas gifts in it and now I wont be available to receive the delivery. I feel like skynet has let not just me but alot of people down and I dont recommend anyone use them.

What terrible service, or should I say Zero service. We moved into our new home a few days ago, the old owners were using service provided by vumatel so we decided to join using them too. We have attempted to contact them numerous times to connect us with no such luck, their calls keep dropping and when we finally get through they cut us off. We then were told someone was coming out today at 11:30 to check the box inside the house and sort everything out, we had to arrange to be there. It has been 2 hours and ... SURPRISE... NO ONE PITCHED! This is the worst service we have ever been provided, really pathetic VUMATEL!!!
