BEWARE THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR : PART FOUR
BEWARE : THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR PART FOUR- After numerous promises from THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR and Mike, the technician, that they have ordered and are waiting for "parts". I have to accept that this is their tried and proven strategy. Do a repair, receive payment and when you advise that the repair is not working, you receive the same excuse. "what are we supposed to do, we have to wait for the parts" You never hear from them again. The office and technician work hand in hand. It is worth waiting the weekend and dealing with the Appliance Agency on a Monday.

Best Guru
Best gurus in refrigeration, appliance doctor techinician repaired my fridge failed by many companies. I highly recommend them for any challenging refrigeration issue. They are quick and very professional

Do not trust this company. Read All Reviews First
After being 3 hours late from for the appointment and not answering calls or whats apps messages. These guys finally arrived. Received a quote for over R4000 to replace a fridge PC board. With quote in hand I told them to wait, I then checked reviews and decided on a 2nd opinion seeing all the negative reviews. Got a second opinion and fault turn out to be the door switch, replaced at a fraction of their quote and all works perfect.

**** **** ****‼️‼️‼️ Do not use this guy Mike. He says he works for a company but he works for himself. Both numbers 078 199 0899 & 074 224 0642 on the website are his numbers. Came to “fix” my oven charged me an expensive R3000 for 15 minutes work and left. Later when I used the oven it was not working. Called him everyday and every time he either said he would come a certain time or that he is on his way to me but never arrived. When I called after 8 in the mornings I heard he was still asleep and lots of kids crying in the back ground. Excuse after excuse with every phone call that I made. Eventually he blocked me. Don’t be fooled by the professional appearance of the website‼️‼️ Do not fall for this guy‼️‼️‼️

Fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company, please do not use them. They came out to repair a small issue with my washing machine and charged an absorbent cost. The washing machine started leaking post repair. They said the work was guaranteed before payment but the guy came out the second time after multiple calls to get them back to fix it and said they were not responsible to fix what they had broken. The same technician came out twice. His name may be Mike or AK. He was extremely rude. They refuse to provide the owners number or to provide a refund . There is another appliance doctor which I believe they are imitating. The fraudulent site is the one that says they are locally owned and operated. The nos on the site are ********** and **********. It has like a cartoon image of a doctor in red and white. I hope you read this review in time not to be scammed.
