Just want to complain about Byron Rakhodod who came to us being very disrespectful and arrogant, we were seating by the pool area and having our drink from the room, instead of addressing us with respect and nicely he literally bul**** us, I even called him Oga he said to don’t me oga, the guy that was with him called Mandla Khoza who shame was very respectful and humble. He was even bragging tha he is the manager on duty, even though people did a mistake u talk to u properly. It shows how the staff lack morals and are very rude using their power to intimidate people.

I’m not happy with the service I received at 15 on orange hotel last night (25.03.2022) while i was having dinner. My waiter was really horrible, from getting me wrong drinks, delaying food and the worse part was when he took my food (i asked him to pack the food for takeaway) he never returned with the food and brought the bill.

I’m not happy with the service I received at 15 on orange hotel last night (25.03.2022) while i was having dinner. I have lived in hotels for a large part of the last ten years. I took my wife to this hotel so we could spend time away from the daily grind. It is hard to find a hotel that can offer such perfectly balanced and sincere service. Everyone, from the first contact security guard at the parking garage, to the reception staff at checkout predicted what we would need and provided the best service I've ever received at any hotel anywhere. Hospitality staff can be annoying with false smiles and patronizing attitude. The staff at Mirage were kind, helpful, knowledgeable about services in their area, and most importantly knew when to offer assistance and when to give us our space. We had freedom to move as we pleased (within Covid-19 rules), yet someone was always there should we need advice or directions or help with anything. The hotel is situated very close to the CBD so there is the usual city noise, but the large glass doors isolated us from the sounds, and the convenient location was fantastic. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with the hotel and I will gladly stay there again.
