Customer service expectations exceeded because of Themba Hadebe

I an writing this to commend the wonderful service we received from Themba Hadebe on the 16th of March. We came there to celebrate my niece's birthday but due to the weather, the beach bar seemed very quiet and not meeting our expectations. We explained that we wanted the beach bar because of the seafood platter which the other restaurant did not have. He offered that we can seat by the fat olive restaurant side, he will bring us the food that side. Not only that, he organised for the artist to sing happy birthday for my niece.

He gave us a day we will never forget with his service. We were very impressed and will never regret coming there all the time because he exceeded our expectations. The food was also amazing and you deserve a 10/10.
