Worst service and bad quality

The service rendered at Hussar grill grand west, was the worst service ever. Waitron was impatient and very confuse about the big table order. Food Took EXTREMELY long and half of the tables food was brought and the rest of the people at the same table had to wait 20 minutes for food. Upon serving the main meal, some of the people at the table had to return their food as the waitron mixed the whole order.

The manager on shift, tried to offer free goods and even a reduction in the bill, because of the poor service rendered, which I DECLINED, as I expected quality service and food from this establishment. My rating for Hussar grill Grand west is ZERO (0).

I would not recommend.
