20 May 2023 went for an eye test at Atlantis eye save optometrist, 1 week later received my blue frame, which was perfect. 2 weeks later 1 of the *****s on the frame came loose and I returned it for repairs. After 1 week I went back and was told that the blue frames was out of stock and decided to give me a Grey frame. I accepted the Grey frame, but after proper inspection at home I noted the sides of the lenses was showing. On my blue frame the side of the lenses was not showing. I took it back and theg send it back to their factory. 1 week layer received the Grey frame again and it still had the same issue, sides of lenses was showing. They send it back to their factory and attempted again to resolve this matter. After 3 times of sending it back the factory admitted that it was a factory default and cannot be rectified. The owner the demanded his reception ladies not to assist me any further and for future business and to take the glasses, and refund me the money paid. The money was never reversed to mg medical aid and I laid a formal complaint at the HPCSA. After the HPCSA conducted an investigation and demanded eye save to pay the refund, the refund was only paid on 22 August 2024. It appears that eye save atlantis wanted to get anyway with this. This is unprofessional, dishonest and somehow *****ulent. Would not recommend!
The service rendered at Hussar grill grand west, was the worst service ever. Waitron was impatient and very confuse about the big table order. Food Took EXTREMELY long and half of the tables food was brought and the rest of the people at the same table had to wait 20 minutes for food. Upon serving the main meal, some of the people at the table had to return their food as the waitron mixed the whole order. The manager on shift, tried to offer free goods and even a reduction in the bill, because of the poor service rendered, which I DECLINED, as I expected quality service and food from this establishment. My rating for Hussar grill Grand west is ZERO (0). I would not recommend.
15 months a client, on my 1st claim found out that my policy is inactive, hence I'm paying every month, have to pay R1777. 01 for repairs. Is this insurer a scam?
Telkom Table Bay is the WORST STORE EVER. UNFRIENDLY, INCOMPETENT AND RACIST STAFF. BOOKED MY DEVICE FOR REPAIRS ON 21 DECEMBER 2021, RECEIVED A SMS ON 13 JANUARY 2022 THAT THE DEVICE WILL BE IN STORE IN 4 DAYS. TODAY 26 JANUARY 2022,STILL NO RESPONSE. CALLED THE STORE TO QUERY WHERE THE DEVICE IS AND RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
Worst costumer service EVER. Signed up for new contract at Virgin active Parklands Active Red and was DENIED access. Upon entering the gym and presented my new card, I was told if I don't have the blue form, I may not Enter the gym. I tried to explain to the guy, but he just left. I HAD TO LEAVE. WORST SERVICE EVER, I was treated like a NON ENTITY. I AM DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED.
This insurer is a JOKE OR A SCAM. As a paying loyal customer, I have been waiting for response from this UNPROFESSIONAL team. They are NOT helpful and not even the complaint supervisor can assist.
Admin plus must be a scam, because I've sent emails, logged calls and requested online callbacks. No responses on any emails and 30 minutes on call. Worst insurers EVER
I had the most horrible experience at game store bayside. From unprofessional staff, to unhelpful service. If I should rate their service it's a well deserve 0...
I was standing in the que waiting on the cashier. I saw that the line at the cigarette counter was empty and took my groceries to the counter. The unfriendly cashier told me that her till was closed, so i went back to the other till. A second customer aslo went to the cigarette counter and the rude, unfriendly cashier told him that her till is closed. Then a third person also went to the cigarette counter and the rude cashier helped him. I felt so embarrassed and angry. I confronted the cashier and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager then said she would help me but i personally felt that she should have repremmanded the cashier and should that the cashier should apologize to me. I left the shop without the groceries. I was never ever so embarrassed infront of people. Personally i feel that i never want to shop at pick n pay ever again... I sincerely hope that the cashier should get a written warning and i hope to get an apology from her. My name is Selwyn Makriga. My contact is ********** 024.
