Extremely Disappointed Won’t Be Returning!!

We had our work year-end function at The Hussar Grill at Newmarket in Alberton, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We waited more than an hour just to receive our starters, and what was meant to be a simple three-course meal turned into a three-hour ordeal.

When the food finally arrived, it was ice cold, tasteless, and served in very small portions. For a restaurant that prides itself on quality, this was unacceptable. The service was just as poor slow, disorganized, and nowhere near the standard one would expect.

Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I will never return, whether for business or personal dining. Truly disappointing from start to finish.
