Good morning everyone. So I now have a very different take on my experience with Santam who are the insurers for Tsogo Sun and after my negative review I had a call from the senior staff handling the claim. In the past week I have been contacted at least 3 times a day telephonically and via email to give me an update on my claim. I am very happy to say that the claim has been settled and the funds will be in my account soon. I always believe in th at as much as a person complains on the flipside when things are handled in this professional way one then needs to say thank you and compliment.
