What should've been a lovely Mother's Day Lunch at the Prison Break Market was almost ruined by walking into the Noble Experiment. The Owner completely overreacted to us bringing beers into her area even though we had already ordered pizzas from her. She has poor customer service and didn't make an exception for first time attendees to the market and the fact that it was Mother's Day. Looking around other guests in her restaurant were allowed to bring in food and drinks and she justified their actions by saying they're her family and could do as they pleased.
It's impossible to not conclude that she gave preferential treatment to her other guests and when we did the same we were called aside and spoken to. How is that not racist?! She asked us to leave, which we did and for the remainder of the afternoon we watched as her different guests were served food from other restaurants. She didn't move an inch to address this with them as she had done with us. I was truly disgusted in the manner that she had treated us and was unapologetic for it!
An establishment like the Noble Experiment need to understand the market concept of a business which is different from exclusive shopping centers/malls. Customer service was appalling and l would not recommend this eatery.
Buns Outs saved the day with friendly service, delicious burgers and wings!!!
