Terrible service / Small group not good enough

On the 14 August 2023. I made a booking for a year end function. Today at 14:10, I receive a phone call and a WhatsApp that states the following:-

Good afternoon.

I profusely apologize for asking this from you. You spoke to my junior Shaun with regards to kindly asking you to be seated on our outside section which is covered on three side and the top. The reason is we have a bigger crowd intending to use the inside part exclusively. Reason being they have a few formalities hence we don't want their speeches etc disturbing you though we never have a vibe that is too intrusive at the Rooftop. Please consider our request ,and we are willing to give you a 20 discount on your total bill as a gesture of appreciation for your cooperation.
