<p>I have been going to "The Shack" for the last 10 years. It has always been a place I invite and refere friends and loved ones to. Tonight was the first time I was ever disrespected and insulted by a "manager" that clearly has no concept of what customer service is! I feel he needs to be reminded that ultimately his salary is paid for by patrons and customers. I ordered a few brandy specials and then switched to a few vodka specials. I was sharing them with my partner. The last vodka special with lemonaide I received, tasted as though it was made with soda water as the one was sweet and the other bitter. At no point did I blame the barlady. I simply asked for a new drink. I even offered for her to taste the drink. She informed me that she could not and that she would call the manager. The "manager" which was a total asshole and a shame of a reprentitive of your company, not only accused either me, or someone else, of poring water into my drink (which was with me the whole time.) As a long-standing customer, I do not appreciate the insinuation or the cheak of this so-called sham of a manager. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and that he be reminded that the customer is always right! I expect to be contacted with an apology and some sort of compensation within 48 hours, or I will escalate this as high as I deam neccessary.</p>
